<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>

I regret to inform you that I eagerly awaited THE EVENT all day long.
I thought about what cool navy and silver (grey) outfit I would wear.
I tried to get the kids to bed a wee bit early so I could fully savor the moment.
There was a fleeting moment.
One decent punt return for a touchdown.
No goosebumps.
No thrill beyond all thrill as you watch the teams duke it out.
Only pitiful whomping and stomping.
If only it were a team that I would even consider relevant in the league that defeated them.
Come on, Cowboys - you have got to be kidding me...
On the bright side, it was the second fiddles, but still...

Dallas Cowboys, You're on notice:
You're the Dallas Cowboys.
Your B team should be whoopin tight ends all over the place.
By the start of regular season, there had better be something better going on than the Vikings laying you out to dry...

There.
Not that you care.
I care.
that was purely for my benefit.
thanks for listening...

i hate it when the second team guys play. i feel like they have to stop every play and figure out what's going on.

sept. 9, baby...

it is going to be insane!

i think you and i have to make a way to watch one of these games together this year. that would be greatness.

Sad. Oh so sad. I'm sorry you are in bondage like this. It must be a horrible way to live......

I'm with la, but the only difference is that I have known you long enough remember seeing you 'play' sports. You are undeliverable.

For you newbies like la...
A. used to play mean ball. Basketball, Volleyball, and football with the guys. Her opponents and her team knew that no net could keep her from playing contact tackle volleyball. They had fear in their eyes when she stole their basketballs that said nothing but 'don't hurt me, please...' And when she played against 500 lb. 12 foot tall boys in football, none of the tears shed were hers. Injury only fueled her. Loss was no deterrent, but only fed her addiction. I'm telling you girls... This IS healed!
